Roadmap

A phased delivery approach across an estimated 6–8 weeks ensures each module is thoroughly built, tested, and integrated before moving to the next. This reduces risk and allows for feedback at every stage.

Foundation & Admin Core

Weeks 1–2

Project setup, database architecture, authentication system, admin panel with super admin & sub-admin roles, user management, and portal settings. Wallet & ledger system foundation.

Phase 2

Distribution Hierarchy (MDS, DS, Retailer)

Weeks 3–4

Master Distributor dashboard, Distributor portal, Retailer onboarding & management. Wallet fund transfers, commission/scheme engine, and hierarchy-based reporting.

Payment Services (PG, POS, QR)

Terms & Conditions

General Terms

This proposal is valid for 15 days from the date of issue (June 11, 2026). After this period, terms and pricing may be subject to revision.
The 1st installment (₹88,500 incl. GST) is due upon agreement signing and is non-refundable once project development commences.
Each subsequent payment is due within 5 business days of milestone completion confirmation.
All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST at 18% is applicable on the base amount and will be invoiced separately with a valid GSTIN.
The project scope is limited to the 7 modules described herein. Any additional features, integrations, or modules beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately as a change request.
Third-party API costs (Payment Gateway, KYC providers, BBPS/AEPS aggregators, SMS/email services) are not included and shall be borne by JMP NEXTGENPAY PRIVATE LIMITED directly.
Cloud infrastructure and hosting costs (AWS/server) are not included and shall be borne by the client or billed separately at actuals.
Shah Works shall provide 30 days of complimentary bug-fix support post final delivery. Extended maintenance and support packages are available on request.
All source code and intellectual property developed under this project will be transferred to JMP NEXTGENPAY PRIVATE LIMITED upon receipt of the final payment.
Shah Works reserves the right to use project references (without disclosing confidential data) in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted by a mutual NDA.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business information, technical specifications, and financial terms shared during this engagement.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
